Heather's team of skilled artisans use a freehand technique, hand-stamping each letter, number, & symbol onto the jewelry. This attention to detail ensures that every piece is unique and holds a special meaning for its wearer.
We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry with our Multi-Generational Warranty. We will repair or replace damaged components of your piece unless signs of neglect are detected, which may require a nominal shop fee. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Necklaces vary by chain length. The circumference of your neck and the size of the charm you choose will impact how your necklace sits on its own and alongside other styles.
1. Measure and cut a piece of string to the same length as the necklace you love.
2. Place it around your neck to see where it falls, consider the size and shape of the charm.
3. Repeat the process to see how necklaces of different lengths look.
Channel set and wide frame charms may differ slightly. For size reference, the charms are shown alongside a dime, nickel, and quarter.

When Will I Receive a Ready Made Items? Ready Made pieces ship within 3-5 business days. With our fast shipping options, you can receive your newest collection item quickly and enjoy it in no time.

If there’s a defect or error in production, please contact us within 10 days to arrange a return and receive store credit. To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid wearing it in water, store it in a dry space, remove it before bed or workouts, and avoid abrasive surfaces. Clean at home by using mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, rinsing thoroughly, and drying with a polish cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
