We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry with our Multi-Generational Warranty. We will repair or replace damaged components of your piece unless signs of neglect are detected, which may require a nominal shop fee. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. If there’s a defect or error in production, please contact us within 10 days to arrange a return and receive store credit.
