My mom has loved her Heather B. Moore pieces for years. So, for my 35th and Mother’s Day this year, she suggested I start a collection of my own. It’s so special to have my daughter, my husband, and my parents around my neck! And it’s pretty cool my parents’ were able to personalize a charm with their signatures.
On our first trip to Aspen, CO we found our way into a darling jewelry shop and gallery, Elliott Yeary Gallery. Bryan knew I had always wanted a gold charm bracelet....we ended up getting the gold bracelet with precious diamonds and through the years he adds “love” charms to remind me that he’s devoted to me and us.
Michou and Lumi, my two Pomeranians, are the apples of my eyes. I had prepared for years to welcome a dog in my family, but frankly never expected such pure and unconditional love from my Michou, and later Lumi.
I love my Heather B. Moore collection!! I don’t go a day without wearing at least one Heather B. Moore piece. I started my collection at the beginning of Heather’s journey. My first piece was my single initial “P”, which was stamped with one of her first stamp sets! If I had to pick a favorite piece, I think it would be my ID tag bracelet.
My first charm was one to remember my grandma after she passed. I found her signature on an old birthday card and we made it into a custom stamp. The back says "don't forget the chips" because that was the last thing she said to me with an anchor because she always swore like a sailor.
